Intermittent fasting (IF) is having a seriously buzzy moment in the wellness world. I was eating hella carbs in Germany! Occasionally I would also do extended fasting. The scrub pants are the same xl but they are slowly becoming baggy on me. OMAD and extended fast. It feels so good to see these results :) .
